Advanced Small Group Facilitation Workshop
A one-day Advanced Small Group Facilitation Workshop has been scheduled for Tuesday, 17 July 2012 for senior experienced Training Programme Directors (TPDs). This will be held at Deanery House and will be hosted by Damian Kenny and Huw Morgan.
This course is to enable experienced group facilitators to share ideas and skills. Each participant is expected to bring a short video clip of themselves facilitating a group and there will be an opportunity to discuss the videos and give and receive feedback about facilitation skills.
Aim - To share ideas for facilitating a small group well
Objectives
- Share effective facilitation techniques
- Share useful games and activities: how and when to use them
- Share short personal videos clips of small group facilitation
- Give and receive feedback on facilitating using the video clips
