- All GP ST Registrars must complete supervised out of hours work
- This supervision can be provided by a GP registrar’s own trainer/educational supervisor but other GPs who regularly work in out of hours often take on this rewarding and interesting role as well
- Completing both sessions of this Severn Deanery approved course will enable you to become an OOH clinical supervisor
- We will encourage and help you carry out some OOH supervision between sessions 1 and 2
- Session One – OOH Requirements & Regulations for GP ST registrars, Learning & Teaching, Getting Started, Record Keeping
- Session Two - Progress & Problems, Giving Feedback, Helping the Trainees become More Confident & More Competent
There is no charge for this course. Bookings and any queries to: Jackie Pullin, GP Co-Ordinator, School of Primary Care, Severn Deanery. Tel: 01454 252682
