Aim:
To enable participants to facilitate a small group.
Objectives:
- Knowledge of some theory of groups, including life stages of a group
- Understand some methods for promoting good working of a small group
- Understand some strategies for dealing with dysfunctional group behaviour
- Learn some exercises and games for small groups
- Practise small group facilitation skills
This course is free of charge, refreshments and buffet lunch provided
